Faculties are the core of any educational institution. We, carefully hand pick and nurture them in an atmosphere which is warm and professional. They are the brand ambassadors who imbibe our vision and mission statements successfully. Upon these pillars rest the learners. These facilitators take interest in the success of each student. Their working hours are not limited to the time spent at school. It is beyond the call of duty. They spend long night hours to understand, why one particular student is not able to cope up with the concept which seems to be easy for others. The teacher reflects, intervenes and finds a solution to the challenge faced by her learner. To set the things right, if required, she arranges a meeting with the parents at mutual convenient time. She frames assessments repeatedly to make it best for them. She often spends time to read articles, to know the latest development in the pedagogy and strives hard to implement it and make it a success. We at VLSIPS, salute her, for her unlimited passion, patience and perseverance. We support her, in her journey and provide ample exposure to the training, conferences and workshops available at our disposal.
