Founder of VLS Institution, Mrs. T.V. Venkatalakshmi is an intrinsically driving gear in the well-oiled machine that is V.L.S Group of Institution. She supported the development of the institutions in all the areas, with emphasised focus in the academic aspect as she herself came from teaching background. She is a strong and passionate person who always stands first to provide guidance and support for this education giant. She has also entered into the world of literature becoming a writer with 4 published books in her name already with few more books in progress.

From a young age, founder Of VLS Institution, Mr. Y.N Shivanna aspired to give the best quality education to those who so desperately craved it. His humble upbringings gifted him the characteristics of hard work, resilience and simplicity which helped to miraculously grow this now enormous institution into the mighty establishment it is today. From this initial sapling of an idea, Y.N Shivanna has nurtured and poured hours of dedication into growing a tree of success which will bear the sweet fruits of his ever-lasting legacy. He worked in the prestigious organisation of Indian Institute of Science and the environment of being with scientists fuelled his vision to create the educational institution which can provide opportunity to children to excel academically. This school will set the foundation for those who dream of changing the world; whether it be as a doctor, scientist or engineer, his legacy will empower children to realize their ultimate potential and forever be a part of their journey of self-growth.

The Founder family, though work in different professions work together & actively engaged in the management of the school. International perspective & guidance is also provided by a family living in London, UK. The family strive together to follow the footsteps of the founders to fulfil the dream vision of becoming top class institution in India.
